Local Honey

Local honey is a premium product. It is sometimes referred to as raw honey as it has not been subject to the intensive processing used for mass produced honey. Honey that comes from abroad may not even be 100% honey, but mixed with sugar syrup derivatives!

Many of our members sell their bees’ surplus honey through local retailers or direct to the public. Please check your local division for details of where to buy local honey.  A smaller number of our members also sell other hive products they produce themselves, such as beeswax candles, skin care products, traditional furniture polish and more.
